Facility Requests

Facilities must be Reserved 2-Weeks Prior to the Event

Student organizations wishing to reserve a facility may obtain Facility Request Forms from the Office of Student Activities, located in the Grier Student Center, GC-214.  To reserve a facility, you need to know what area you want reserved and the date and time you are requesting the facility.

To find out if the facility is available, contact the Area Coordinator for that facility.  

If the facility is available for your event and you are a registered student organization you will need a Campus Facilities Request Form. The form must be completed and a signature obtained by the Office of Student Activities (Debbie Spearman or Jeff Constant) before being submitted to the area coordinator.

The facility request is then taken to the appropriate area coordinator. The facility will be scheduled and submitted to the Coordinator of Facilities, Elizabeth McCune for final approval. Once final approval is given, an email will be sent to the President of your organization verifying your reservation.
