Just Blocks From Campus

Four duplexes containing eight units located approximately one-half mile from campus offer apartment style accommodations not far from one of Greenwood’s major shopping and dining areas.

Female or male students are assigned two to a bedroom in each two-bedroom apartment, which includes a bathroom, furnished living room, dining room, full service kitchen, cable TV, and high-speed Internet access. Students may bring their own washers and dryers and employees of Lander’s Physical Plant will connect them for a one-time fee of $30.

Lander’s shuttle service links McGhee Court to the campus and provides free transportation to and from campus seven days a week.

What Our Students Think

McGhee Court gives me the sense of independent living, yet I’m still connected to the university. It’s close to campus and adjacent to the Jeff May Complex.
