Intramural Sports

The department is dedicated to facilitating sports leagues for students, faculty and staff, in both the fall and spring semesters. Participants can keep up with all the action via this website or the Intramural bulletin board outside of the Campus Recreation office (PEES 242). Participation is limited to current Lander students, faculty and staff only. Participants may only compete on one team per sport.

Intramural Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Get Involved In Intramurals?
There are several ways to become involved in Intramural Sports. You can take charge and be a Team Captain, be recruited, be part
of an organization or be a free agent.

When do intramurals occur?  

Intramurals are played Monday-Thursday from 7-10pm.  Occasionally they will start a little earlier or go a little later.  On each roster there is a spot for each team to put the days/times they cannot play.

Do Intramural Officials get paid?
Yes, it is a great on campus job to have.

How do I know when the deadlines for intramurals are?

Always check your Lander email and the Lander event calendar for deadlines. The event calendar for intramurals can be found on the side-links of Campus Recreation's website.

What do I get if I win an intramural sport?
All Champions will recieve a championship t-shirt.
