Po Hu Dean, Office of International Programs
With expertise and experience in the field of international education; Mr. Hu leads a role in handling a broad array of global education initiatives such as international student recruitment, facilitating international academic & research exchanges, internationalizing curriculum, leading study abroad programs, developing international partnerships particularly US-China & US-Korea educational partnerships. Prior to joining Lander, Mr. Hu worked at international programs at Ball State University and University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Mr. Hu also taught Human Resource Management, Organizational Development & Change, and International Management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Sung-Jae Park PH.D. Senior Advisor to President
Dr. Park is an Emeritus Dean of International Programs at Lander University. Prior to Lander, he was an Emeritus Professor of Physical Education & Director of Far East Program at Ball State University and is also a 8th belt Judo master as well. Dr. Park has accomplished many remarkable international exchange successes and coordinated many influential events on the university campuses.
Jeff Constant M.S. Director, International Students and Scholar Services Office
With almost 20 years of work experience at Lander, Mr. Constant takes care of all students with regard to their visa and immigration issues. Feel free to come see him whenever you have any questions or concerns about your visa/immigration status, or if you just need someone to talk to. His travels have included Korea, China, Canada, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico.
Boyoung Roh M.A. Coordinator, International Programs
Ms. Roh is a South Korea native and has been working for the Office of International Programs since 2011. For Lander students and the Greenwood community, Ms. Roh provides cultural and educational opportunities including Friendship Family Program, Culture Exchange Series and more fun international events to bring diversity into the society. She explores study and teaching abroad opportunities in Asian countries especially South Korea, Japan, China and Thailand. Kathryn McLaughlin-Rojas M.A. Lecturer of English and Intensive English International Student Advisor
Ms. McLaughlin-Rojas has been working with international students as an Intensive English Instructor and International Student Advisor for the last 12 years. Before joining Lander as Lecturer of English and Intensive and International Student Advisor in 2012, she taught Intensive English to corporate clients in South Korea, and to international students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and the University of South Carolina Upstate. She has also served as an activities coordinator and immigration advisor for international students. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Latin America and Asia, and speaks French and Spanish.
