Short Film Competition
You're a filmmaker, and you've
got a story to share.
Put your directing, acting, writing and producing skills to the test with Lander's sixth Annual Short Film Competition.
There are no thematic limitations for the films, which must be between three and five minutes long. Films must be shot and edited between Friday, March 20 and Friday, April 4. Applicants will be given specific material that must be included in the finished, edited film. The completed short film must be submitted no later than Friday, April 4, to be eligible for the competition.
The application deadline for the competition is Friday, March 20. The
competition is part of the sixth Annual Lander Film Festival, which
will be held Saturday, April 11.
Entry fee is $10 for students, $25 open. This includes 1 ticket to the awards ceremony. Fee (cash or check only) is due March 20, at 5 p.m., during the initial meeting in Lander's Carnell Learning Center, Room 116.
Films will be judged during the week leading up to the festival, at which winners
will be announced during an awards ceremony and winning-entry screening.
First Place Short Film ($100)

Third Place Short Film ($25)
High School Division Winner ($50)
Open Division Winner ($50)
Other awards may include a Writer's Choice Award and a Director's Choice Award
