The Adventures of Robin Hood*
Location:Josephine B. Abney, Cultural Center, Room 250, Lander University

Dr.Misty Jameson, Lander assistant professor of English and Film Studies, will present this classic 1938 film starring Errol Flynn, Olivia de Haviland and Basil Rathbone.


12:45 p.m.

Live Girls - the Making of the Behind the Scenes Video*
Location: Dining Hall, Dawson Room, Lander University

Jon Holloway, Lander assistant professor of art, will discuss his involvement in the making of a music video for the Austin, Texas-based group, The Trishas


5:00 p.m.

Writers Workshop and Q&A with Festival Guest Artist Craig Titley*
Location: Josephine B. Abney Cultural Center Auditorium, Lander University

Returning guest artist Craig Titley will discuss past screenwriting projects including episodes of George Lucas's animated "Star Wars" television series, the live-action "Scooby-Doo" movie, "Cheaper by the Dozen" starring Steve Martin and the blockbuster "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief." He will also discuss his producing role in an upcoming independent project, which will begin filming in China this summer.


6:00 p.m.

Intermission and Dessert Reception
Location: Johnston Commons, outside of Monsanto Gallery, Lander University

Join festival guest speakers, film competition contestants and other festival guests for refreshments before heading into the auditorium for the short film awards ceremony and screenings.


7:00 p.m.

Presentation of Short Film Competition Awards
Location: Josephine B. Abney Cultural Center Auditorium, Lander University

Filmmakers will be honored as winning films for the Third Annual Lander Short Film Competition are announced and screened for the audience.
