Occupational/Fire and Life Safety/Fleet Safety
The Office of Safety and Compliance exists to create a safe and healthful workplace for the
employees and students of Lander University as well as the patrons and visitors of the
campus. The specific mission of this office is to ensure compliance with OSHA, the South
Carolina Fire Marshal's Office, DHEC and other regulatory agencies. This is accomplished
through an intensive inspection program, corrective actions, and employee training. This web
page is a resource to find specific information as it relates to occupational, fire and life safety
and the fleet safety program.
