Assistant/Associate Professor of Early Childhood/Special
Position: Tenure-track, nine-month assistant/associate professor position beginning in August 2014.
Qualifications: Earned doctorate in Early Childhood Education or Special Education preferred but will consider Curriculum & Instruction or ABD. Candidates should
have experience at the university level as well as at least 3 years public
school classroom experience and demonstrate potential for scholarly
productivity. Prefer strong knowledge base or experience in reading/language
arts pedagogy, teaching diverse learners and NAEYC/CAEP Accreditation.
Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate/graduate education courses, advise students, supervise field experiences, engage in scholarly activities and provide service to the
