Assistant or Associate Professor of Management

School of Management, College of Business and Public Affairs
The Position:  The School of Management is searching for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor of Management to start in August 2015.

Minimum Qualifications:  The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a doctorate in Management or a related field such as Business Administration.  ABDs will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:  Preference will be given for a doctorate from an AACSB International-accredited program.  Evidence of superior teaching is highly desirable.  Industry experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:  This tenure-track position carries responsibilities in the areas of teaching, scholarship and service.  Faculty members typically teach four sections per semester, advise students, serve on university and school committees and engage in professional development activities.  Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the school.

Salary:  Salary commensurate with education and experience.

The School:  The School of Management offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with four emphasis areas:  Accounting, Financial Services, Health Care Management and Management/Marketing.
The primary focus of Lander University is teaching and the School of Management emphasizes a student-centered learning environment.  The School of Management is accredited by AACSB International.

The Position:  The School of Management is searching for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Health Care Management to start in August 2015.  Position is contingent on funding.

Minimum Qualifications:  The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a doctorate in health care administration or a directly-related field.   ABD will be considered; however, the doctorate must be completed by December 31, 2016.

Preferred Qualifications:  Preference will be given for a doctorate from an AUPHA-accredited program. Evidence of superior teaching is highly desirable.  Industry experience is highly valued.
