YOGA - An Iyengar inspired introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with an explanation of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace and all levels are welcome.

Lander Group Exercise offers free group exercise classes for students, faculty, and staff members. Please remember to bring your Lander ID.
Do I need to Sign-Up?
No registration is required. Simply show-up in casual work-out clothes & athletic shoes. Keep in mind that most classes are 1st-come, 1st-served. Some classes fill-up quickly, so make plans accordingly.
