CARDIO KICKBOXING – A fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends striking with interval training. You'll punch with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and perform front kicks and roundhouse kicks while also doing bodyweight strength exercises. Students can expect to be exhausted afterward! The average person will burn between 600 and 800 calories in a one-hour class.
Who can participate?
Lander Group Exercise offers free group exercise classes for students, faculty, and staff members. Please remember to bring your Lander ID.
Do I need to Sign-Up?
No registration is required. Simply show-up in casual work-out clothes & athletic shoes. Keep in mind that most classes are 1st-come, 1st-served. Some classes fill-up quickly, so make plans accordingly.
